Men's Ministries (Questionnaire)
Sunday, January 4, 2009 at 03:28PM The leadership of the men’s ministry has created a vehicle that will allow us to effectively serve the men of the church and the community. This questionnaire was designed to assist the members of your church body in discerning your needs as they relate to your life and men’s fellowship.
With the information you provide we will be able to tailor programs to fit the needs of the men at large. The plan at this time is to provide a fellowship group, a general life group and a bible study group. Please complete the questionnaire and include any additional comments at the end that you would like to see implemented in a group discussion. You will find the questionnaire on the church web site or fill out the attached document and bring it to the Guy’s and Grub gathering on January 17, 2009. Please do not include your name on the questionnaire.
In any event we need your information by January 18, 2008 so it can be compiled and put to use by February 2009.
